Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nalagarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, analyzing sales performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in sales strategy development and execution
Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the home improvement or modular furniture industry is a plus
