Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients, industry trends, and new opportunities.
  • Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and fit.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and align appropriate IT solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

3. Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, activities, and pipeline status.
  • Track KPIs and improve conversion rates.

4. Presentations & Proposal Development

  • Deliver product demos and customized presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing options, and ROI-based solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams for seamless execution.

6. Post-Sales Support & Account Growth

  • Ensure smooth handover to the implementation team.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

7. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales records, activity logs, and forecasts.
  • Present regular reports to management on performance and pipeline status.

8. Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on IT products, new technologies, and market trends.
  • Provide insights to improve solutions based on client feedback.

9. Payment Follow-Up

  • Coordinate with clients for timely post-billing payments.
  • Resolve billing-related queries and work with finance for payment clearance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of IT products, solutions, and market landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
