Job Overview:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day technical issues, manage hardware and network support, and assist employees with internet and connectivity problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical support to all employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Handle all internet and connectivity-related queries.
  • Maintain IT equipment and ensure smooth system performance.
  • Communicate effectively with users to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong hardware and networking knowledge.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve day-to-day IT issues efficiently.
  • Experience in troubleshooting internet and connectivity problems.
