We are looking for a creative and skilled UI Developer to design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web applications. You will collaborate with back-end developers, and product managers to transform design concepts into functional, responsive, and engaging websites. The candidate must have a strong grasp of design principles, expertise in web development technologies, and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Experience with UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to interpret mockups. Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Build reusable, maintainable code and components for efficient future use. Solid understanding of responsive design principles for various browsers and devices. Senior Software Engineer

You would be responsible for answering customer inquiries via Redmine Software email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. You would use your technical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers. When a customer issue cannot be resolved by you, you would escalate it to developers and other technical teams to ensure a resolution. You would work with developers and other technical teams to coordinate software updates and patches to resolve customer issues. Providing guidance to customers on how to use the software effectively and efficiently. Creating and maintaining support documentation and knowledge base articles to help customers resolve issues on their own. You would test and reproduce customer-reported issues in a lab environment to better understand and resolve the issue. continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experience. Requirements: EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field · EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Should have 1 to 3 years. Proven experience in a technical support role. Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques. Knowledge of SQL and databases. Familiarity with networking and server technologies.
