We're Hiring: Field IT Support Engineer

Location: Ernakulam

Are you passionate about troubleshooting, networking, and helping users stay connected? We’re looking for a Field IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide on-site technical support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers ,firewall, peripherals) and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond to service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with remote teams for escalation and issue tracking.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Maintain documentation for technical issues and solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required (local/regional).

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (LAN, WAN, IP), and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with antivirus, MS Office, email configuration, and ticketing systems.
• Good communication skills and customer handling abilities.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field visits).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
