Job Description

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and promote career growth.
Develop leadership and succession planning initiatives.
Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely feedback and goal setting.
Implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal requirements and company objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
Benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
Maintain and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making.
Prepare reports on staffing, turnover, training, and other HR activities.
Manage HR information systems and optimize HR processes through technology.
Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring their professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
