Key Responsibilities- Responsible for daily updates from all the departments. Administrative Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, Schedule appointments, Coordinate meetings and handle travel arrangements. You will be travelling along with Managing Director or independently as per the demand of the work. Prepare agendas for the day, participate in morning & evening meeting team meetings. Share the details of meeting with the management through minutes of meeting everyday before 11AM & 6.30 PM. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, on behalf of the MD. Maintain an organized filing system and ensure documents are properly managed. Confidentiality and discretion: Maintain a high level of confidential in handling sensitive information and documents. Exercise discretion when dealing with confidential matters, such as strategic plans, financial information, or personnel matters. Research and analysis : Conduct research and provide summaries, reports, or briefing to MD on various topics, including industries trends, competitors, business opportunities, and potential risks. Assist in gathering data and preparing materials for strategic planning, board meeting, and presentations. Project Coordination: Assist the MD in managing and coordinating various project and initiatives. Monitor project progress, follow on deadlines, and provide regular updates to the MD. Responsible for MIS reports for all departments. SPOC for any projects undertaken Conduct Management Review Meeting as and when required. Responsible for internal audits Coordination for external audits Meeting with all HOD & concerned departments Responsible for closing the gaps identified in Audits Collaborate with other team members or departments to ensure timely completion of project. Prioritization and time management: Proactively manage the MD’s schedule and prioritize task to optimize productivity and ensure deadliness are met. Anticipate need and potential conflicts, making adjustment as required. Special Assignments: Undertake special assignments or ad-hoc project as directed by the MD. This may involve conducting research, preparing reports, coordinating events, or supporting other senior executive. Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day official work. Prepare strategies for overall improvement of the organization, atleast 1 every month. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing clients. Co-ordinate with customers and act as per the need and urgency. All administrator related work Handle all official work like telephone bills, electricity bills. Co-ordinate with all sales & marketing staff & Dealers. Mailing, maintaining confidential files. Provided important information to management received by email & phone calls. Requisite Skills: Minimum 5 Years of experience as Management Representative Reporting directly to senior management. Experience in Customer handling. Good communication Skills required. Good Dressing and Grooming Sense. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm- specific programs and software. This job might require additional working hrs other than your routine working hrs for which you must be flexible. * Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
