Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests ensuring a professional and hospitable experience.
Maintain accurate records of client entries and exits, updating databases promptly.
Oversee client comfort during visits (arranging seating, refreshments, guidance on procedures, etc.).
Provide clear information about the company’s services, ongoing projects, and property-related details.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them appropriately.
Ensure reception area and client-facing zones are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Assist in administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, and data entry.
Support event coordination, client interactions, and office communications when required.

Required Skills & Attributes-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Strong relationship-building and rapport management skills.
Active decision-making and problem-solving ability to address client queries effectively.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Team player with a growth mindset and willingness to go above and beyond.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
