Front Office Executive (0 to 2years)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or any relevant qualification
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Freshers may apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate or IT office environment
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
  • Handle visitor entry, maintain records, and issue visitor passes
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Receive and dispatch couriers, documents, and parcels
  • Maintain front office area cleanliness and presentability
  • Support HR/Admin activities such as attendance, onboarding coordination, and document management
  • Assist with basic data entry and report maintenance
  • Handle office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required
