EXPERIENCED MALE CANDIDATES ONLY NEED Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chapathi Making Unit Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our chapathi production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality chapathis, managing the production team, maintaining hygiene standards, and optimizing production processes. This role requires hands-on experience in chapathi making, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to food safety. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Manage and supervise the entire chapathi production process from dough preparation to final packaging. Ensure daily production targets for quantity and quality are met consistently. Monitor and optimize production speed and efficiency. Troubleshoot any production issues or machinery malfunctions promptly. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of chapathi makers and production assistants. Allocate daily tasks and manage staff schedules. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure adherence to work discipline and company policies. Quality Control: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures for ingredients, dough consistency, chapathi size, thickness, texture, and taste. Minimize wastage of ingredients and finished products during the production process. Maintain accurate records of production output, ingredient usage, and waste. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly production reports, including output, wastage, and any operational issues. Communicate effectively with management regarding production status and requirements.
