Job Description

The job involves working shift-wise from 3.00 AM to 12.00 PM and 1.00 PM to 9.00 PM. As part of the key responsibilities, you will be responsible for generating and processing invoices accurately, verifying billing information, resolving billing disputes, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with company billing policies, assist in generating billing reports, and maintain the confidentiality of customer information. To qualify for this position, you should have proficiency in basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The job offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund, along with a yearly bonus.
