Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, and supporting various finance-related tasks specific to garment manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally / ERP system.
• Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries with proper documentation.
• Support inventory accounting for fabric, trims, and finished garments.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and vendor ledgers.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance preparation.
• Process vendor bills and employee reimbursements on time.
• Coordinate with the production and store departments for cost and material verification.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and trial balances.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
• Maintain proper filing of vouchers, bills, and financial documents.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy / other accounting software.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in garment/textile manufacturing.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,128.79 - ₹17,602.56 per month
