Role & responsibilities The Sr. Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site execution of interior and modular projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. This role requires strong leadership to manage site teams, coordination with internal departments, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently. Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Procurement, Dispatch) to ensure smooth site operations. Manage and monitor site manpower, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure timely completion of site tasks in line with project schedules. Conduct quality checks at various stages of execution. Maintain site reports, attendance records, material usage logs, and daily progress updates. Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating major concerns to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines at site. Guide and mentor junior supervisors, technicians, and site workers. Assist in project handover by ensuring all snag works are completed. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field . 3+ years of site supervision experience in Construction / Interior Projects / Modular Furniture industry. Strong knowledge of modular installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Proficiency in site reporting and documentation. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu . Strong leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle pressure at site.

The Project Manager will play a key role in bridging operations, execution, and client requirements to ensure successful project handover. Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor and control project execution from design stage to handover. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, Site) to ensure timely deliverables. Manage site teams, supervisors, and contractors for efficient site execution. Ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved without compromising quality. Monitor project budgets, material requirements, and cost control. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is as per approved drawings and quality standards. Prepare and review project progress reports and share updates with management. Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical problems when required. Ensure compliance with company processes, safety guidelines, and industry best practices. Maintain good vendor and service provider relationships for smooth operations. Oversee billing coordination and project documentation. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management . 5–6 years of experience in Construction / Interior Projects / Modular Furniture industry. Proven experience in managing multiple projects end-to-end. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools . Strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle internal teams, vendors, and site supervisors effectively. Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
