Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations. Your attention to detail and motivation will be key in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing financial statements and reports - Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers - Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies - Support month-end and year-end closing processes - Assist with internal and external audits - Keep organized records of financial documents - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations - Provide necessary support to senior accountants and team members Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 02 years of accounting experience (internship or fresher experience accepted) - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Preferred: - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations - Experience with ERP systems is a plus In addition to the above requirements, the role offers some benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, yearly bonus, and a full-time, office-based schedule with occasional extended hours during financial closing or audits.,
