Role Overview

As a Sales Executive for Banking Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales of our banking software and service offerings across Karnataka. You will engage with cooperative banks, credit societies, and financial institutions, present solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This is a high-impact, target-driven role requiring excellent communication, relationship building, and fieldwork capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new banking & financial clients in Karnataka.
  • Present and demo our suite of banking solutions (Core Banking, Wallet, MIS, Switching, etc.) to decision-makers.
  • Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Travel across assigned territories within Karnataka to expand footprint.
  • Collect market intelligence, study competitive offerings, and provide feedback to management for product enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and submit reports on performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years of sales experience (freshers with right mindset are welcome).
  • Excellent proficiency in Kannada and English, both spoken and written.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and laptop.
  • Preparedness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, target-oriented, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of accountability, discipline, and result-driven attitude.
