Software Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Your primary qualifications and responsibilities include: Role Overview: You should have completed BSc in Computer Science or BCA and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a support engineer. Knowledge of SQL is a must, and you should be proficient in writing complex queries and identifying database issues in Mysql and MS SQL server. Additional knowledge in VB and hardware will be considered an advantage. It is essential for you to have your own laptop and a 2-wheeler with a valid license. Male candidates are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to clients - Write complex SQL queries and troubleshoot database issues - Utilize knowledge of VB and hardware for added advantage - Ensure you have your own laptop and 2-wheeler with license Qualifications Required: - BSc in Computer Science or BCA - Minimum 1 year of experience as a support engineer - Proficiency in SQL, Mysql, and MS SQL server - Knowledge of VB and hardware will be advantageous Please note that this is a full-time position with day and morning shifts from Monday to Friday. The preferred education level is Bachelor's, and experience in Microsoft SQL Server, software support, MVC, and .NET for at least 1 year is preferred.
