Qualification:

B.Tech in Computer Science / MCA / BCA

OR Diploma in Computer Application from any recognized institution

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for software-related issues.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application errors and user queries.

Assist in C# MVC–based application understanding, deployment, and basic configuration.

Conduct software testing to identify bugs and ensure smooth functionality.

Deliver software training to end users and internal teams as required.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, manuals, and training materials.

Coordinate with the development team for issue escalation and resolution.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective support.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Basic knowledge of C# MVC Application Development.

Strong working knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server).

Understanding of software testing processes and tools.

Ability to conduct software training sessions for users.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Experience : Fresher or 1 year experience

Salary: 10,000 to 20,000 Per Month
