Software Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for learning and mastering the products and tools, interacting with customers independently for issue resolution, taking customer feedback, solving queries, resolving technical issues reported by customers (L2 and L3 level support), training customers on the product, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, maintaining proper records of work, and demonstrating the product for prospective clients.
