Additionally, you will provide assistance and resolve customers" technical issues through incoming and outgoing calls. It will be your duty to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions to address customer problems efficiently. Following standard procedures, you must escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers, ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues, preparing reports accurately and in a timely manner, and documenting knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of the software industry and online client support.
