Role & responsibilities
1. Handling ERP /Users Issues (login Access, transaction errors, missing reports)
2. provide first level troubleshooting to software, printer, scanner and barcode devices.
3. Train new users, conduct refresh training for department.
4. Manage access control for users.
5. Ensure daily ERP backup, data security and data integrity.
6. Prepare MIS report, dashboards, daily production summaries.
7. Develop Crystal report
8. SQL queries, procedures, view, indexing, functions, cursor type queries.
