What You’ll Do
We are looking for a high-ownership Software Support Engineer to support and enhance ThrivePass’senterprise platforms. This role blends SQL expertise, system troubleshooting, and strong communication,with an expectation of independent execution and accountability.You will work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely issue resolution, dataaccuracy, and smooth platform operationsBring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm).
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve application & data issues
- Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries
- Perform safe data corrections with proper validation
- Troubleshoot production issues using logs & monitoring tools
- Understand product workflows and perform basic impact analysis
- Maintain clean documentation and structured ticket updates
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish
What You Bring

Must Haves
Required Skills
- Strong SQL (complex joins, debugging, performance checks)
- Experience in Application Support / TechOps / Data Support
- Ability to understand system logic, APIs, and data flows
- Good analytical thinking & problem-solving
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and self-driven execution
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, validations, and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Azure (SQL, App Services, Logs)
- Ability to read basic .NET/C# code for troubleshooting
- Experience with workflow-heavy or enterprise platforms
