IT Support Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical troubleshooting and support for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
• Manage and support basic networking activities including switch management and network outage troubleshooting.
• Oversee AV infrastructure support and resolve related issues efficiently.
• Execute end-to-end IT asset management from onboarding through disposal.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and self-service documentation to enhance user experience and operational processes.
• Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing, asset tracking, and incident management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT Asset Management, including asset lifecycle management.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with networking and AV infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Ability to write clear and effective SOPs and user documentation.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing and asset tracking.

Join a team of over 90 engineers nationwide, with 10 engineers supporting multiple buildings in Chennai.
