Key Responsibilities · Manage voice calls (inbound & outbound) with customers for product inquiries, sales, and support. · Handle chat interactions to resolve queries, share product information, and assist in order placements. · Actively promote Kapeefit’s products and services to prospective customers. · Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. · Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication. · Provide feedback to the sales team to improve customer experience and sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications · Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). · Fluency in English & Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage). · Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. · Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred. · Positive attitude, result-oriented, and eager to learn. · Freshers, undergraduates, or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation may apply.
