We are looking for a Tech + CRM Intern to strengthen our operations, manage customer data, and support business growth with technology-driven solutions.

Role Overview

The Tech + CRM Intern will play a dual role by assisting in CRM data management and providing technical support for business operations. The candidate will help in streamlining CRM processes, analyzing data, resolving tech issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain CRM data on a daily basis.
• Conduct CRM audits, data cleaning, and reporting.
• Support integration of CRM with other platforms (sales, marketing, customer support).
• Troubleshoot and provide first-level technical support for software and system-related issues.
• Generate performance reports, dashboards, and customer insights.
• Assist in CRM automation, workflows, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for effective lead and customer management.
• Research, test, and suggest new tech tools for improving operations.
• Document technical and CRM processes for internal training and usage.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management & reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and implement automation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ownership of tasks.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
