Tech + CRM Intern

Role Overview

Tech + CRM Intern

Key Responsibilities

Manage, update, and maintain CRM data on a daily basis.
Conduct CRM audits, data cleaning, and reporting.
Support integration of CRM with other platforms (sales, marketing, customer support).
Troubleshoot and provide first-level technical support for software and system-related issues.
Generate performance reports, dashboards, and customer insights.
Assist in CRM automation, workflows, and process improvements.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for effective lead and customer management.
Research, test, and suggest new tech tools for improving operations.
Document technical and CRM processes for internal training and usage.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Basic understanding of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management & reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Eagerness to learn new tools and implement automation.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
