Role Overview:

The Tech Executive will be responsible for managing Kapeefit’s digital platforms, particularly Shopify, ensuring smooth technical operations, and supporting cross-functional teams with technical solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing technology-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, customize, and optimize Shopify & Wordpress websites (themes, integrations, backend).

Provide technical support for website functionality, backend systems, and third-party integrations.

Implement and manage integrations with CRM, payment gateways, logistics, and APIs.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support tech-driven processes.

Monitor website performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure seamless user experience.

Assist in SEO implementation, speed optimization, and analytics tracking.

Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with internal teams.

Stay updated with emerging tech trends and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Coordinate regularly with outsourcing agency for smooth working.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role.

Hands-on expertise in Wordpress/Shopify (themes, Liquid coding, backend management).

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related tech skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools, API integrations, and automation.

Excellent communication and comprehensive skills to effectively coordinate with teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive approach, and accountability.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital tools will be an added advantage.

Moderate understanding and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is mandatory.
