Position: Customer Service Executive

Organization: Yes Bank

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Resolve issues with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism
  • Maintain thorough documentation of interactions in line with bank protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality

What Were Looking For:

  • Education:

    Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

Experience:

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
