Account Manager

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Identify customer needs and position the right solutions that drive results.
  • Lead negotiations to ensure a win-win for both client and company.
  • Actively manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of system integration projects.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.

  • Proven experience in sales acquisition and solution-based selling.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and up-to-date with the latest trends in telecom and broadband, Managed Services, Networking products, cybersecurity, storage solutions etc.
  • Confidence and professionalism to engage C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active on social media for networking and prospecting.
  • Self-driven with a sharp focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Lateral thinking and innovative problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in opportunity creation and lead generation strategies.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven approach to client success.

Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. (IT) graduates with MBA preferred
