Telecom Sales Manager

As a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in Telecom Sales, your role at our company will involve strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business objectives. - Identify and target new business opportunities within the telecom sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients across pan India. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized telecom solutions. - Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of proven experience in telecom B2B sales. - Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams. - Strong experience in handling pan India C-level clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel across India as required. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
