Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Handle inbound calls when require
  • Explain products/services and answer customer queries
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and feedback
  • Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets
  • Provide excellent customer service in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC Pass / Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
  • Average communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

  • In-hand Salary:

    12,000 to 16,000 per month

  • Incentives:

    Performance-based incentives
