Job Description

Looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team at Weddings Bazaar by Kalvin International Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage reservations and bookings efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Meet sales targets and promote products or services as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telecalling or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software and reservation systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
