Job Title: Technology Manager

Company: Messe München India (MM-India)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Onsite Role)

About:

Messe Muenchen India is one of the leading organizer of trade fairs in India with a vast portfolio of business-to-business events

Must have:

Min 4 years of work experience as a Product Manager
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science /IT
Strong Analytical background

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

Gather and analyze business requirements across departments.
Translate business needs into clear technical specs.
Maintain continuous stakeholder engagement and alignment.

Project & Technical Management

Lead software development teams and manage end-to-end technical projects.
Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and demand planning.
Ensure ITIL-compliant change management and coordinated release cycles.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop and manage test plans for functional, regression, and UAT testing.
Oversee test case documentation, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
Coordinate UAT sign-offs and production deployments.

Risk & Change Management

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies during the project lifecycle.
Lead change control and align it with release and deployment timelines.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT project and technology management.
Strong understanding of ITIL change management processes.
Hands-on with tools like Jira, Zoho Desk for project/helpdesk management.
Proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.

Technical Skills

7. Risk assessment, mitigation planning, and process modeling (AS-IS/TO-BE).

8. Experience with defect lifecycle management and deployment coordination.

9. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing tools (preferred).

10. Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, ITIL, Agile/Scrum are preferred.

11. Experience in digital transformation and enterprise systems implementation.

12. Proficiency in data tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

13. Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks.
