Location: Thane| 🕐 Experience: 5+ Years | 🏢 Industry: B2B SaaS | 💼 Type: Full-Time Skills: Product Management | Product Analytics | API Platforms | SaaS Metrics | Cross-functional Leadership Job Description: 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools Experience scaling products post product-market fit Understanding of platform architecture and technical constraints Ability to lead cross-functional teams without authority Background in customer acquisition & growth strategies Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is a plus Product Management certifications (optional but preferred) ✅ Must-Have Skills 5+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS Strong proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) Deep understanding of SaaS metrics – MRR, Churn, CAC, LTV, Retention Experience with API-first products and platform architecture Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines Customer-focused mindset – translating user needs into scalable features Hands-on experience with roadmap planning & feature prioritization 💡 Good-to-Have Skills Experience scaling products from PMF to growth stage Exposure to international markets and multi-regional product scaling Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) principles Experience in fintech, wealth management, or regulated domains Product marketing or GTM exposure – launches, positioning, messaging MBA or relevant certification in Product Management Show more Show less
