As a Technology Consultant at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on areas of Virtualization, Cloud, and Hyperconvergence. Your role will involve working closely with customers and internal teams to support deployments, migrations, and fixes for high-end IT Infrastructure solutions. This position offers valuable exposure to managing advanced technology solutions. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and effectively to customer technical queries or trouble tickets received through inbound calls, emails, or web tickets. - Provide L1 and L2 support, leveraging your domain knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and escalated infrastructure issues. - Monitor performance, manage service levels, and ensure client satisfaction is maintained. - Test new features, roll out updates, patches, and bug fixes to customer infrastructure on the Stacbloc platform. - Deploy solutions at client locations. Requirements: - Proficiency in Servers, Virtualization, Cloud platforms such as OpenStack, Storage, and Networking. - Experience in deployment, integration, and testing of computer systems and Virtualization technologies. - Skilled in installing, deploying, operating, and managing Server & Client OS (Windows, Linux), as well as Virtualization environments. - Working knowledge of File protocols (CIFS/FTP/NFS) and iSCSI Block storage. - Familiarity with change management, configuration management, and patch management of compute instances, storage, and network components. - Ability to perform updates, upgrades of OS, applications, and ensure SLA adherence, uptime, and performance management. - Experience with auditing, log management, proactive health checkups, security policy enforcement, and incident management. - Certification in IT Infrastructure will be advantageous. - Strong client management, customer service, and relationship management skills. - Must be flexible, dependable, a self-starter, and quick to learn new products and technologies.
