Your key responsibilities will include: - Problem-solving based on interactions with business leaders - Tailoring solutions to meet client goals and provide measurable benefits - Engaging with FS clients to understand their business needs and define requirements - Developing and prioritizing change requirements - Acting as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders **Key Responsibilities:** - Problem solve based on interactions with business leaders to understand their technology challenges and objectives. - Help tailor solutions that meet client goals and provide measurable benefits. - Engage with FS clients to understand their business needs, define requirements, and analyze complex processes to implement effective solutions. - Develop and prioritize change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them. - Create supporting design documentation such as process maps, decision papers, customer journey artifacts, and business cases. - Act as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with technology/business strategy. - Contribute to the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and project execution. - Uphold high delivery standards, following industry best practices. - Work with Product Owners and scrum team members to drive requirements (user stories) through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, and deploy). - Prepare, review, and analyze testing/test phase outputs such as test scenarios and defect triage. **Qualifications Required:** To qualify for the role, you must have: - A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Eagerness to pursue relevant professional certifications (Agile, PM. Technology Certifications). Ideally, you will also have: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or IT advisory, with exposure to consulting or leadership roles. - Experience and/or exposure to one or more of the following products: nCino, Finacle, Temenos, Salesforce, Algo Product Suite, FIS, Finastra, Dovetail, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar products. - Experience working with a top consulting firm. - Internships or work placements at leading consulting, financial services, or technology companies.
