In this role at Ensono, you will be part of a team responsible for migrating legacy applications to modern platforms like Java Spring and C# .NET using automated tools. You will play a key role in delivering quality products to clients on time, improving core classes for modernized environments, and mentoring other team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Applying Java or C# coding skills in an Eclipse or Visual Studio modernization environment - Developing core Java or C# libraries for modernized environments - Setting up testing to ensure the correct functioning of modernized programs - Analyzing and addressing problems identified during testing by applying code corrections and improvements - Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced productivity - Providing consultation and guidance to junior team members **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of coding experience in Java or C# - Experience in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting - Proficiency in object-oriented programming in Java, C#, or similar languages - Familiarity with Eclipse or Visual Studio, Spring or .NET, and relational databases (SQL/MYSQL/ORACLE) **Preferred Qualifications:** - Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills - Ability to mentor junior colleagues - Undergraduate/Post Graduate degree, coding boot camp certification, or equivalent experience - Familiarity with legacy languages or databases like Mainframe, IDEAL, COBOL, CICS, JCL, Datacom, DB2 Ensono values your success and offers comprehensive strategic and managed services for mission-critical applications.
