Technology Consultant

As a Technology Consultant at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team specializing in Virtualization, Cloud, and Hyperconvergence. Your role will involve working closely with customers and internal teams to assist in deployments, migrations, and support fixes, providing you with exposure to managing high-end IT Infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities: - Responding to and resolving customer technical queries or trouble tickets raised via inbound calls, emails, and web tickets. - Providing L1 and L2 support to troubleshoot using your domain knowledge to resolve all incidents and escalated infrastructure issues. - Monitoring performance, managing service levels, and ensuring client satisfaction is maintained. - Testing new features, rolling out updates, patches, and bug fixes to customer infrastructure on the Stacbloc platform. - Rolling out deployments and solutions at client locations. Requirements: - Knowledge of Servers, Virtualization, Cloud platforms such as OpenStack, Storage, and Networking. - Experience in deployment, integration, and testing of computer systems and Virtualization. - Skills in installing, deploying, operating, and managing Server and Client OS like Windows, Linux, and Virtualization. - Working knowledge of File protocols such as CIFS, FTP, NFS, and iSCSI Block storage. - Proficiency in change management, configuration management, and patch management of compute instances, storage, and network. - Experience in updating and upgrading OS and applications, SLA management, uptime, performance management, auditing, log management, proactive health checkups, security policy enforcement, and incident management. - Certifications in IT Infrastructure would be advantageous. - Strong client management, customer service, and relationship management skills. - Must be flexible, dependable, a self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
