We are seeking a versatile and highly experienced Team Leader to spearhead our technical department. This role is a unique blend of high-level project oversight, hands-on full-stack development, and infrastructure management.With over 10 years of experience, you will be the driving force behind our mobile and web initiatives, ensuring our technical architecture is future-proof and our delivery cycles are seamless.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• System Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between React front-ends and Node.js back-ends.
• Code Excellence: Enforce rigorous coding standards, implement unit testing (Jest/Mocha), and conduct deep-dive code reviews to maintain high performance.
• DevOps Oversight: Oversee deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure 99.9% uptime.

Project & Team Management

• Agile Orchestration: Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Mentorship: Guide a team of Full-Stack developers, helping them navigate complex state management (Redux/Context API) and asynchronous Node.js patterns.
• Delivery Management: Balance technical debt with feature requests, ensuring that the 12-15L budget allocation for project resources is used efficiently.

Technical Expertise Required

1. Full-Stack Development (Web)

• React.js: Expert knowledge in building highly responsive UIs using functional components, hooks, and state management (Redux/Zustand).
• Node.js: Deep proficiency in server-side logic, RESTful API development, and asynchronous programming.
• Modern Tooling: Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Material UI).

2. Mobile App Development

• Cross-Platform & Native: Proven track record in overseeing iOS and Android application development.
• Store Management: Expert-level understanding of App Store (Apple) and Play Store (Google) deployment guidelines, certificate management, and app submission processes.

3. Infrastructure & VPS Management

• Server Configuration: Hands-on experience with VPS Management (AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode, or similar).
• Environment Setup: Ability to configure Nginx/Apache, manage SSL certificates, and optimize server performance.
• Security: Implementing firewall rules, SSH security, and regular backup protocols.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Mentorship: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of web and mobile developers, conducting code reviews and architectural audits.
• Project Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring milestones are met within the ₹12-15L budgetary constraints of project resources.
• Strategic Planning: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and integrating Latest Technologies (AI/ML integration, Web3, or Serverless) into our existing stack.
• Client Interaction: Act as the technical bridge between stakeholders and the production team, occasionally traveling for on-site requirement gathering or project handovers.

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Software Development, with at least 4 years in a formal leadership role.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Travel Readiness: Possession of a valid Passport and a willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site deployments is a significant plus.
• Back-End Mastery: Deep expertise in Node.js and Express.js, focusing on RESTful API design, Middleware, and JWT authentication.
• Database Management: Proficiency in both NoSQL (MongoDB) and Relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) databases.
• Management Tools: Expert user of Jira for sprint tracking and GitHub/GitLab for flow management.
• Experience with TypeScript in both React and Node.js environments.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
