Upwork Bidder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms, preparing winning proposals, and securing clients. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of IT/Software/Digital Services, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects daily on Upwork and other freelance portals.
• Write customized, compelling proposals that address client needs and highlight our strengths.
• Communicate with potential clients, answer queries, and negotiate project terms.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare accurate estimates.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress of submitted proposals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Meet monthly targets for bidding, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
• Familiarity with IT services, software development, web/mobile app development, digital marketing, or similar domains.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior track record of closing deals on Upwork or other freelance platforms.
• Understanding of project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
• Knowledge of market trends in IT outsourcing and digital services.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives (depending on experience and results).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
