We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Team Lead with 3 to 8 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a small development team while mentoring developers.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js (or Python).
Lead and mentor a small development team, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.
Architect modular, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with future scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship end-to-end features.
Integrate AI tools and automation into workflows to enhance quality and productivity.
Manage CI/CD workflows and ensure application performance, uptime, and deployment health.
Break down complex technical problems and guide the team through sprints and reviews.
Stay up to date with emerging tech and contribute to continuous improvement across the stack.

Job Requirements

Tech/M. BCA, Tech/B. MCA, or BSc(IT) / MSc (IT).
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities across teams.
Experience with AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursors, etc., to improve code quality and reduce repetitive tasks.
Skilled in building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems from the ground up.
Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of frontend technologies like React.js and Next.js, backend technologies like Node.js and Python, databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, DevOps tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, and AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursors, etc.
