Roles & responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js (or Python).
• Lead and mentor a small development team; conduct code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
• Architect modular, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with future scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) to ship end-to-end features.
• Integrate AI tools and automation into your workflow to enhance quality and productivity.
• Manage CI/CD workflows and ensure application performance, uptime, and deployment health.
• Break down complex technical problems and guide the team through sprints and reviews.
• Stay up to date with emerging tech and contribute to continuous improvement across the stack.
