Key Responsibilities:

• Work as an Individual Contributor managing the entire recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the HR leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technology roles.

• Strong sourcing and networking skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
