Role Overview

Inceptial Technologies is looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with deep expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The consultant will drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of PP & QM processes, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) processes.

• Manage Master Data: Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Inspection Plans.

• Configure MRP, Demand Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Capacity Planning.

• Handle Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Certificates, and Audit Management.

• Integrate PPQM processes with SD, MM, FICO, and ABAP developments.

• Support data migration, UAT, and production go-live.

• Collaborate with business users for requirement gathering and solution design.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP PP & QM experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Discrete & Process Manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience in Quality Management processes (in-process inspection, final inspection, batch management).

• Good integration knowledge with MM, SD, FICO, and ABAP.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Onsite availability at Kolar (mandatory).

Good to Have

• Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial domain projects.

• Exposure to PP-PI (Process Industries).

• Familiarity with MES integration.
