Key Responsibilities
- Creation, Deletion of user mailboxes, shared mailbox, resource mailbox, contacts, distribution groups, dynamic distribution groups, address book (GAL) policies.
- Creating and assigning roles in Azure AD.
- Resolving issues related to send receive, outlook connectivity, mail flow, calendars or other outlook add-ins reported by users via emails, calls and tickets over remote sessions whenever required.
- Restoration and retention of emails.
- Search and deletion of bulk emails
- Email compliance management
- Implementing threat protection policies related to malicious files, links, profanity filters for the organization.
- Managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC policies and records of Bank
- Monitoring and managing SPAM and threat protection
- Creating restriction policies for webmail/OWA access externally.
- Managing archived data of users
- Managing mailbox and group permissions
- Managing MFA and password related queries
- Downloading admin audit logs and email tracking logs monthly basis.
- Assistance in monthly and quarterly reports for bank staff
- Managing retention policies, litigation holds and e-Discovery search
- Supporting end users with other exchange online and outlook client issues
- License management
- Managing mobile devices and Azure AD accounts and permissions and providing customized admin roles.
Microsoft Teams Application
- Set-up webinar, conference, events etc based on requests from bank staff
- Configure Teams call recording, file sharing controls over call and Teams Meetings.
- Plan and create organization wide Teams and channels. Create and manage Teams groups as per data provided by Bank IT staff.
- Create and manage channels and groups in MS Teams
- Create and manage Teams policies for channels and groups
- Adding apps, bots, and connectors in Microsoft Teams
- Manage app permission policies
- Applying litigation hold and retention policies on files, Teams sites
- Guide users to set-up user availability options, create and manage shared calendars.
- Recommend additional Apps and which can be added in Teams and help increase productivity.
SharePoint Online
- Admin level management of SharePoint Online.
- Create custom internal sites for each department of the Bank
- Help upload data to these sites apply restrictions so that only authorized staff can read / edit certain content.
- Applying litigation hold and retention policies on files, SharePoint sites.
- Showcase and digitize manual processes which can be automated using SharePoint Online workflows
and internal sites like documentation and report submission by branch staff
- Manage user access requests to SharePoint sites.
OneDrive For Business
- Assisting users in uploading, sharing and syncing of files.
- Creating data sharing restriction policies, file types upload and download restriction
Power BI
- Set-up Power BI desktop app for pro licenses purchased
- Admin level management of Power BI for the users.
- Publish charts and restrict access as per requirement.
- Generic dashboards can be shared with internal staff
