Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Manager with an engineering background in the lithium battery manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, engaging with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve better sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs within the lithium battery industry. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. - Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions. - Create frequent reports and reviews with sales and financial data for management analysis. - Ensure the availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing product value propositions and competitive advantages. - Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to expand brand visibility. - Negotiate and close deals while handling customer complaints or objections effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better sales outcomes and improve customer satisfaction. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to share insights with internal teams for product and service improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's / masters degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Communication Engineering. - 5+ years of experience in sales within the lithium battery, energy storage, or related industries. - Strong understanding of lithium battery technology, energy storage solutions, and industry applications. - Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.,
