Job Description

As the primary interface to the customer for technical support on products and services, your role will involve providing first-level tech support at the system level to R&D teams across all areas. You will actively and consistently seek new customers within associated focus markets, visiting customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities, and provide technical information. Your responsibility will also include meeting established sales budget and targets (revenue, profit, expense) goals, delivering sales presentations, and closing sales in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary interface to the customer for technical support on products and services - Provide first-level tech support at the system level to R&D teams across all areas - Actively seek new customers within associated focus markets - Visit customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities, and provide technical information - Meet established sales budget and targets (revenue, profit, expense) goals - Deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional manner - Manage major accounts and establish long-term, ongoing relationships with multiple people in a customer's organization - Provide feedback to internal teams and sales peers regarding competition, pricing, and marketing opportunities - Promptly resolve technical queries - Develop deep customer relationships and drive exemplary customer support - Coordinate with multi-geographical teams for technical support to customers" design - Travel across clients (within India) to support - Build credibility at all levels at clients" R&D - Diligently communicate with industry leaders and enhance Tinymesh's image - Take a leadership role in the establishment of field-based grower-specific product trials Qualifications Required: - Technical sales experience - Knowledge of Internet of Things (IOT), material handling, electrical engineering, semiconductors, smart meters, street lights, and energy industries Please note that there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
