Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager, located in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions, managing key accounts, delivering technical presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales reports, and ensuring clients receive superior customer service and satisfaction with our products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales and Sales expertise, including the ability to understand and promote technical products to clients
• Account Management skills, with a focus on managing client relationships, ensuring customer retention, and pursuing new business opportunities
• Technical Support capabilities to provide comprehensive guidance and problem resolution for customers
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and maintain satisfaction
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
