Location: Chennai ( Responsible for TN State, North India and MP )

Reporting To: Regional Manager

Role: Responsible for Achieving Sales from assigned Territory. Meeting and presenting our technical solutions to Civil and Infra - Contractors, Clients, Consultants, Architects, EPC Contractors, Façade Contractors and OEM’s ( Doors Windows -Elevator- Lifts-Fabrication)

Qualification: Graduate Engineer in Civil or Mechanical or Architecture

Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience out of which minimum 4 years should have been within Civil industry, Infra Projects, Doors and Windows industry, Façade and MEP projects working in a technical, knowledge with real track record and should be able to demonstrate his knowledge during the interview rounds.

Skills: Good knowledge of MS office packages and CAD is a must.

Personality: Good interpersonal skills, team player and willingness to further enhance his/her knowledge is a must. Good communication and presentation skills can be an advantage.

Salary Offered: As per Market standards (depending on position & experience).

Roles & Responsibility

1. Responsible for end to end business and technical support to the Construction Clients in TN, Delhi, MP

2. Manage the Civil/Infra/Industrial project specification, commercial discussions on materials and prices.

3. Monthly and Annual Planning on products, materials, sales etc.

4. Understand the applications, drawings, specifications, compliances, competition etc. in India and globally since the clients/consultants/architects can be from any location.

5. Excellent Presentation & communication skills.

6. Min 12nos. of Seminar Annually on Technical and Product introduction 

7. Creating a data base of Civil Contractors, Clients and Consultants based on Application 

8. Sales Cycle and Payment collection

9. Min. 10 new Approvals on Specifications annually and regional development.
