Techno-Commercial Manager- Tamil Nadu, North, MP

You will be joining RAWLPLUG PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INDIA PVT LTD as a Techno-Commercial Manager based in Chennai, with responsibilities covering the TN State, North India, and MP regions. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, your role will involve achieving sales targets within your assigned territory by engaging with various stakeholders such as Civil and Infra-Contractors, Clients, Consultants, Architects, EPC Contractors, Faade Contractors, and OEMs specializing in Doors, Windows, Elevators, Lifts, and Fabrication. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of overall experience is required, with at least 4 years specifically within the Civil industry, Infra Projects, Doors and Windows sector, Faade and MEP projects. Your expertise should be backed by a strong technical knowledge and a proven track record, which you will be expected to demonstrate during the interview process. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CAD software is essential for this position. Additionally, possessing good interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous learning and improvement will be crucial. Effective communication and presentation abilities would be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities associated with this role. Your primary responsibilities will include providing end-to-end business and technical support to Construction Clients in TN, Delhi, and MP, managing project specifications and commercial negotiations, and developing monthly and annual plans for products and sales. Understanding applications, drawings, specifications, compliances, and global market trends will be vital, as you may interact with clients, consultants, and architects from various locations. Conducting a minimum of 12 technical and product introduction seminars annually, creating a database of relevant stakeholders, and securing new approvals on specifications are among the key tasks you will be entrusted with. Your role will also involve contributing to regional development initiatives to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
