Technical Sales Manager

Role Overview: As the Manager of Technical Sales for India at Hitachi Vantara, you will lead a regional team of data storage experts to develop solutions that address opportunities and challenges in customer environments. Your role can be broken down into three core areas: Key Responsibilities: - Champion a work environment that enables your regional Technical Sales team to achieve aspirational outcomes through the development of technical skills and professional engagement. - Contribute to the regional India leadership team to drive technical strategy through the alignment of technical resources, creation of repeatable strategies for scale, and navigating complexity. - Represent Hitachi Vantara in strategic engagements such as industry events, while developing a team of spokespeople to enable representation at scale. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of related technical experience coupled with extensive and strong management and leadership experience. - Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable. - Public relations experience is highly desirable. - Experience working effectively at the "C" level. - Sound financial business acumen.
